The technical infrastructure for the services of "Protezione Civile" must present reliable, complete integration of services and opening up to fixed and mobile networks to be in line with the corresponding needs of national "Protezioni Civili": they must fulfill all the functions of forecasting, prevention and emergency management, on an ongoing 365/H24, in normal situations or for the management of the emergency and to be also consistently support the decisions of the competent authorities.
